Waarom de klimaatcrisis een koloniale crisis is
In deze aflevering van Inclusivistrijd luister je naar een gesprek tussen Martine en activist en filmmaker Chihiro Geuzebroek. Tussendoor reflecteren Martine en eco-feministe Anne de Andrade op het verhaal van Chihiro. Anne relateert zich als “Groningse - Afro-Braziliaanse op verschillende manieren aan de ervaring van racisme en zal dit in deze aflevering met je delen. Chihiro laat zien hoe de klimaatcrisis een koloniale crisis is en dat het klimaatprobleem vooral een samenlevingsprobleem is. Ze laat ons zien hoe de huidige ‘duurzame’ oplossingen vaak in lijn zijn met een giftige politieke agenda en deelt met ons waar échte duurzaamheid over gaat. Chihiro raadt de volgende boeken aan als je meer wilt leren over deze geschiedenis, het werk dat anderen al hebben gedaan en hoe je daarop kunt voortbouwen.
