Comedian Kiki Andersen finds the funny in the most uncomfortable corners of our culture. Sex. Politics. Religion. But in the digital age, what can and can’t be talked about at the dinner table has changed dramatically. Indecent is a podcast all about what’s off-limits and who sets the boundaries for today’s taboos. Through conversations with comedians, writers, psychologists, journalists, theologians, activists, and scientists, Kiki peels at the wallpaper of polite society on Indecent, where NSFW meets LMAO.
Episode 15 - "Dead Ass? Dead Everything" with Kirsten Michelle Cills (Dying Up Here) & Laura Lyster-Mensh (Congressional Cemetery)
And so... we've come to the end, dear friends. The final curtain call. The buying of the farm. But while the pod is kicking the bucket, in this series finale, terminally-ill comedian Kirsten Michelle Cills and death doula Laura Lyster-Mensh leave us with some wisdom that will live on in our hearts forever... or at least until we're all worm food, too.
Kirsten Michelle Cills is a Philly-born comedian, actor, podcaster, and docuseries subject known for her bold, dry demeanor and the oxygen tank that often accompanies her. Kirsten considers herself truly blessed to spending her 20s as a terminally ill comic who will not live to see any consequences to her actions. When not correcting people’s pronunciation of her name or talking about the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2018 Super Bowl win, Kirsten is committed her addiction to the topics we aren't supposed to discuss at the dinner table. Listen to her show Dying Up Here wherever you get your podcasts!
Laura Collins Lyster-Mensh is an American writer, podcaster, and activist. She has been founding organizations to solve problems all her life, including three international charities. She is the author of four books, and has produced four podcast projects, She is currently active as an end-of-life doula in her service as the Death Doula in residence at Congressional Cemetery in Washington DC and as a volunteer for a DC hospice.

Episode 14 - "Preparation H Bomb" with Tea Krulos (Apocalypse Any Day Now)
No matter how prepared you are, you've still got to be pretty lucky to make it through most world-ending scenarios. Or unlucky, depending on how you look at it. Author Tea Krulos doesn't think he'd last long. But after writing a book about doomsday preppers, he thinks it might not be such a bad thing to get wiped out right away.
