I’m Lyndell Renae, a Jesus-loving wife, mum, and Christian fertility coach and mentor, with a background in nursing and women’s ministry. I’ve walked through grief, anxiety, decision fatigue, and deep spiritual wrestling. My journey was messy and imperfect. Some days, I didn’t know if I was holding on to God or just barely holding it together. But those very struggles led me to the anchors I needed. Anchors that helped me think clearly, choose wisely, and build trust in God and Christ-centered hope, hope that steadied me not just in the midst of infertility, but beyond it too. […] And having a steady mindset also doesn't mean that you never cry or that you never feel crushed at times. You can be following Christ with your whole heart and you can still be deeply affected by infertility. But I do think developing a strong mindset is important, not only when you're going through infertility, but also as a Christian, because how you think affects your actions. And when infertility is so emotionally draining, I do think this is a time where you can use skills to help you walk through it better. And when I was going through infertility, I didn't really know how to deal with everything in a healthy way that didn't just shut down my feelings, but that still allowed me to reflect and process them in a way that aligned with my Christian beliefs and values and the Bible.
