I was looking this up the other day, and 48% of the adult population has a diagnosis of hypertension, high blood pressure, 48%. That's crazy. High blood pressure is not normal. And so many people are on high blood pressure medicine. Some people need it. But it is one of the most prescribed drugs in the world, in the United States for sure. Same thing with statin. 55% of the population is on a statin drug. […]
