Dr. Steve "Cotton" Brown is a renowned cotton agronomist with decades of experience in teaching, research, and extension. He graduated from Auburn University in 1978 and 1984 with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agronomy and Soils, then received his PhD from Texas A&M in Crop Science.
