Growing up with Hanna-Barbera shows like 'Wacky Races' (1969), your host Joseph was excited to see these classic characters get their own cinematic universe. Sadly, the film ends up lacking an identity, as it struggles either being a Blue Falcon or Dick Dastardly film. Oh, before we forget, Scooby and the gang are along for the ride. </p>
