De afgelopen twee jaar hebben wij ons in een complexe context bevonden, de coronacrisis. Het bracht veel onzekerheid met zich mee, daar waar we zekerheid erg prettig vinden. Zekerheid creëren we voor onszelf door vooraf vast te stellen hoe we tot ons gewenste doel gaan komen. Maar... wil je dat wel? In deze podcast gaan we het met Paul Beenen hebben over complexiteit en complexiteitsgericht werken. 12 'Koester nieuwsgierigheid'

Voor deze podcast hebben wij geen bezoek ontvangen, maar zijn wij op bezoek geweest. Wij waren op bezoek bij AOG school of management om met Hellen van Lienden te spreken over collectief leren, co-creatie en de incompany trajecten die AOG verzorgd voor verscheiden organisaties. Het was ons een waar genoegen om deze thema’s met Hellen te bespreken.
