In the following conversation I chat with Aya Wild — Explorer of the unconscious, guiding others home through radical gentleness.Raised in an isolated religious cult, Aya learned early what it meant to be silenced and cut off from her own body. After escaping, she spent the next decade diving into trauma, bodywork, and plant medicine to learn how to hold what others turn away from. She now walks with those whose experiences fall beyond the limits of mainstream healing, people who’ve been shut down, labelled, or offered only superficial explanations for their pain. Aya helps them clarify their trauma, resource their bodies, and find safety in what was once unbearable.
With a B.A. in Integrative Therapies for Trauma from Mount Holyoke College, along with training in Complex Trauma, Rosen Method Bodywork, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Chi Gong/Tai Chi, Aya brings both lived experience and embodied skill to every person she walks beside. Aya’s links:

From Truth to Power with Benny Wills
Waking up is not a walk in the park, it’s the most soul stretching, brain breaking, heart tearing adventure of a lifetime. I highly recommend it if you like missions that shatter your illusions about everything and force you to rebuild yourself and your life from the ground up. My guest today has been through that process. Benny Wills, is an actor, poet, and sketch comedian turned entrepreneur, helping truth-seekers escape the system and build online businesses that align with their values. After years of waking people up with red-pill poetry and conspiracy comedy, he realized that awareness alone won’t pay the bills. You need a game plan. Now, through his Sovereign Secrets community and Escape the System program, he helps people shift from what’s wrong to what’s possible, monetize their awakening, and create businesses that actually solve problems. He’s spoken on stages worldwide, survived Hollywood without selling his soul, and manages to make a living without ever tucking in his shirt. I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation as I hope you do.
