Hello, dear one. Today, I would love to accompany you again into our sacred space of calm, compassionate, and creative self-discovery. In this guided meditation, we take a deep dive into the shame game, bringing the rules & principles of this game into our awareness.
In a moment of choice and self-responsibility, we return what belonged to others and take the conscious role of the architect of our own magnificent palace of trust, respect, and love.
Journaling Question:
To anchor the insights into your daily life and decision-making, write some of your insights in your journal:
💝 What is your personal sentence of affirmation?
💝 What symbol did you choose to visualize your role as the architect of trust and respect? (Consider placing this symbol on your desk or phone background)
💝 What is one specific action you will take, or one sentence you will communicate today, to actively create trust and respect for the people around you? To whom would you communicate that?

Preparation for this Meditation:
To get the most out of this session, find a quiet space where you can stand and move.
1. Optional: Prepare three small pieces of paper labeled "Past," "Present," and "Future."
2. Place them in a line on the floor to act as physical anchors for your journey.
Post-Meditation Integration:
After the meditation, please write in your journal:
1. The specific wisdom or message you received in the library.
2. Three actionable steps you can take today to embody that wisdom.
