And that means that we've got people in the business and in the legal function who have been here for many years and who understand all of the regulatory obligations that we're obliged to adhere to. And they also try to balance all of that with being innovative and trying to seek the most efficient way to do things. And we have to adapt to all sides of that, I think. There's no excuse for us to just stay within the status quo and be complacent about what we do. We've got to be as efficient as we possibly can and be innovative in order to deliver what's needed in the new world and also do it effectively. […]
