Faye Whitley - Beevive
<p>Welcome to Inside Devon podcast, today we are joined by Faye Whitley. </p> <p>Faye is the Co-founder of Beevive. The Original Bee Revival Kit. Faye’s bee saving story began in the summer of 2018.</p> <p>During a short break in Cornwall, Faye and her partner Jake were out exploring when they discovered an exhausted bee.</p> <p>Unequipped, with no flowers nearby, they carefully picked up the bee and started a search for sugar and water. They found a café keen to help and mixed a sugar water solution onto a spoon. They then gathered outside, waited and after a few sips the bee had enough energy to buzz away. </p> <p>It was on this day the idea of BEEVIVE was born. </p> <p>During the show we talk about her career journey, her work at Beevive and her interests outside of work. As well as a coach, she is Master NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Practitioner.</p> <p>Tina helps people using a range of skills from emotional freedom technique (EFT), work-life balance, phobia solutions, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and health and wellbeing. Bee@One also offer mental toughness development courses.</p> <p>Working as transformational coach, Tina uses her experience and qualifications in ‘Coaching’ to help others overcome the challenges they face and find happiness in their lives, workplace or relationships.</p> <p>During the show we talk about her career journey, her work at Bee@One and her interests outside of work. <p>Welcome to the next episode of the Inside Devon podcast, today we are joined by Emma Martin. </p> <p>Emma has been a working Artist for over a decade and holds a First-Class Degree and a master’s degree in Fine Art, She has exhibited in a number of group and solo shows, and has work in private collections throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.</p> <p>After trying, and failing, to find the kind of content she craved, she decided to take control of the conversation herself, and founded Art-Mantic which she runs alongside her studio practice, which is based in Mid-Devon.</p> <p>Art-Mantic has been created to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for Artists and Art lovers to have Authentic Conversations about their Personal Experiences with Art and the highs and lows of living a Creative Life.</p> <p>During the show we talk about her career, the art she creates and her plans for Art Mantic.
