Soul Tie Connections: The Pull You Can’t Explain

Have you ever met someone and felt an undeniable pull toward them, like there was something deeper connecting you beyond what you could explain? Sometimes the people who enter our lives aren’t meant to stay forever. They come in to trigger something, teach us something, expose patterns, and create the kind of shift that changes who we become. In this episode, we’re talking about karmic ties, intense connections, and the people who seem to be drawn into our lives for a reason. The relationships that can feel impossible to walk away from, even when we know they’re hurting us. We dive into what it can look like to love someone who struggles with addiction, to keep hoping you can love them into choosing themselves, and the moment you realize that staying is no longer love for either of you. Sometimes breaking the cycle means choosing yourself. It means accepting that you can deeply love someone and still leave. That their healing is not your responsibility. That a connection can be real, powerful, and transformative without being meant to last forever. And sometimes, on the other side of finally letting go, you discover a completely different kind of love. One that doesn’t require you to abandon yourself to keep it. This is an episode about karmic relationships, addiction, breaking cycles, choosing yourself, and finding healthy love on the other side of the relationship that taught you what love was never supposed to cost you. The In-Between: When you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming

There’s a strange kind of grief that comes with outgrowing your life. You’re no longer who you used to be, but you haven’t quite become the person you’re becoming yet. And honestly? The in-between can feel fucking uncomfortable. It can look like shedding friendships that no longer feel aligned. Leaving jobs, identities, habits and versions of yourself that once felt safe. Realizing that some things you thought were meant to come with you simply aren’t meant for the next chapter. But what if the in-between isn’t a waiting room? What if it’s where the real transformation happens? In this episode, we’re talking about the uncomfortable, messy and surprisingly beautiful space of becoming. The grief of letting go. The loneliness that can come with choosing yourself. The uncertainty of not knowing exactly what’s next. And the realization that you cannot take everything with you when you’re stepping into a new version of your life. Sometimes you have to put the old things down to have both hands free for what’s coming. The in-between isn’t the end of who you were. It’s the space where you finally make room for who you’re becoming. Ready to heal your inner child? Do it Scared, Babe

What if the thing standing between you and the life you want isn’t actually fear, but the story your brain tells you about what might happen? In this episode, we’re talking about getting out of your comfort zone without letting your nervous system completely lose its shit. 😂 Because doing scary things doesn’t mean you have to feel fearless. It means learning how to calm the noise in your head, regulate your nervous system, take control of your thoughts, and move forward even when part of you is screaming, “Absolutely fucking not.” We’re getting into why your brain loves what’s familiar, why growth can feel uncomfortable, and how taking those tiny, terrifying steps can start changing the way you see yourself and what you believe is possible for your life. You don’t need to wait until you feel ready. You don’t need to have it all figured out. And you definitely don’t need to stop being scared. Ready to break out of the box? I’d Rather be Alone, Thanks

What if being single isn’t a problem to solve? In this episode, I’m talking about my last single summer and what it’s taught me about choosing myself instead of choosing just anyone. There have been moments where I’ve craved connection, companionship, someone to share the little things with. But I’m realizing that wanting love doesn’t mean I need to accept whatever version of it shows up first. I’d rather be alone than abandon myself to keep someone around. And honestly, books have helped me navigate that longing more than I expected. They’ve given me stories, connection, comfort, perspective, and a way to explore the kind of love and life I actually want while I wait for the real thing. This is an episode about being single without making it mean something is wrong with you. About learning to enjoy your own life, letting the desire for partnership exist without letting it run the show, and trusting yourself enough to say: “If it isn’t the right person, I’d rather be alone, thanks.” Ready to dive a little deeper? Money, Investing and Magic with Dayna

What if the moments that broke you were actually the moments that were trying to set you free? In this episode of Inside House of Wolves, we’re talking about the messy, magical intersection of intuition, money, investing and personal transformation. Dayna and I dive into the rock bottoms that ultimately changed our lives for the better, what happens when you finally start listening to that quiet inner voice, and why trusting your intuition can completely change the way you make decisions. We’re also getting into money and investing intuitively. Because building wealth isn’t just about numbers, strategy and what everyone else tells you to do. It can also bring up some BIG beliefs around safety, worth, scarcity, success and what you’re actually allowed to have. We talk about breaking through those limiting beliefs, questioning the stories we’ve inherited around money, and learning to make choices from a place of trust instead of fear. Because sometimes the biggest investment you can make isn’t in the stock market. Want to dive deeper with Dayna! Check out her instagram magicwith_dayna This is a public episode. Came for the Party, Stayed for the Avoidance

I’ve struggled with addiction. And for a long time, I thought the answer was simply to stop. But the more I looked beneath the surface, the more I realized there was something much deeper driving the pattern. Addiction wasn’t something that randomly appeared in my life. It was connected to wounds, coping mechanisms and generational patterns that had been passed down long before I ever understood them. When I finally stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking, “What am I actually trying to feel, avoid, escape or find?”, everything began to change. Getting to the root gave me a completely different understanding of my behaviour. And once I understood the driving force behind the pattern, I could finally begin to choose something different. This episode is a raw look at my own experience with addiction, the generational wound underneath it, and what happened when I stopped fighting the behaviour long enough to understand why I needed it in the first place. Because sometimes freedom doesn’t come from trying harder to break the pattern. It comes from finally understanding why the pattern was there. Ready to dive deeper. But Did You Die?

How much of your life is actually being controlled by fear? Fear has a way of convincing us that staying where we are is safer than stepping into the unknown. It tells us to wait, play small, stay comfortable, and avoid anything that might make us uncomfortable. But what if the thing you’re afraid to do is the very thing that changes your life? In this episode, we’re talking about fear, risk, limiting beliefs, and learning to trust that internal pull even when your brain is screaming, “DON’T DO IT.” Our brains are wired to protect us, so when we step outside what feels familiar, we have to teach our nervous system that discomfort does not automatically mean danger. Sometimes we have to convince the brain, “Yes, this is scary. And yes, I’m going to survive it.” I’m sharing some of the risks I’ve taken in my own life, the moments I chose to trust that inner knowing, and how those leaps ultimately opened doors I never could have reached by staying comfortable. Because sometimes fear is the root. And the limiting belief is simply the proof we’ve collected to justify it. So maybe the question isn’t “What if it goes wrong?” Maybe it’s… But did you die? And if you didn’t, what could become possible if you stopped letting fear make the decisions for you? Ready to dive into the things holding you back? Different on Purpose

For a long time, being the black sheep of my family felt like something I needed to fix. I wanted to fit. I wanted to be understood. I wanted my family to see who I really was and accept me for it. So I tried to show them. I tried to explain myself. I tried to find a version of me that would finally make sense to them. But the more I stepped into who I actually was, the more I seemed to trigger the people around me. Eventually, I stopped trying. And somewhere in that surrender, I realized something that changed everything: their discomfort with who I was wasn’t proof that there was something wrong with me. It was showing me something about them. Being the black sheep gave me a front-row seat to the beliefs, fears, expectations and generational wounds that had shaped my family long before I came along. I started seeing the cycles I had inherited, the limiting beliefs I had been taught, and the ways we can unconsciously repeat what was handed down to us simply because it feels familiar. Instead of continuing to fight for a place inside the mould, I started asking a different question: What if I wasn’t meant to fit into it at all? This episode is about what happens when you stop trying to become who your family expects you to be and start becoming who you actually are. Because sometimes the person who doesn’t fit the family system isn’t the problem. Sometimes they’re the one who finally gets brave enough to see it. And maybe I’m not different because something went wrong. Maybe I’m different on purpose. Ready to rewrite the script and change your life? Escaping the Matrix with Micaela

What happens when you realize the life you’ve been living isn’t what you want? In this episode of Inside House of Wolves, I’m joined by Micaela for a conversation about breaking generational cycles, healing unhealthy relationship patterns, and learning to choose yourself. Micaela shares her journey of recognizing the patterns she had inherited, navigating relationships that no longer aligned with who she was becoming, and ultimately finding her way back to herself. Through healing and self-love, she began to see that she didn’t have to keep living according to the rules she had been handed. Despite what society expected, Micaela left her traditional job to pursue her mediumship business full-time, choosing a life built around purpose, intuition, freedom, and the work she truly feels called to do. We talk about what it really means to “escape the matrix”. Not disappearing from society or abandoning reality, but waking up to the conditioning, expectations, fears, and cycles that keep us living lives that don’t feel like our own. This is a conversation about breaking the pattern, trusting yourself, choosing a different path, and having the courage to create a life that actually feels like yours. Maybe escaping the matrix isn’t about leaving the world behind but choosing the life you actually want. Ghosts, Signs, Witches & the Woo Woo

Have you ever wondered if there’s more to this life than what we can see? In this episode of Inside House of Wolves, I’m sharing my journey from seeing ghosts as a child to embracing my abilities as a medium. We’ll talk about the difference between mediumship and mind reading (spoiler: I can’t read your thoughts), how my gifts have evolved over the years, and what it actually feels like to communicate with spirit. I’ll also dive into signs from the universe, intuition, and why I believe these experiences aren’t meant to scare us, but to guide us. Most importantly, I’ll share how connecting with spirit has helped me heal, trust myself, and support others in finding clarity, comfort, and hope. Whether you’re a lifelong believer, a curious skeptic, or somewhere in between, this episode is an honest conversation about the weird, the wonderful, and all the woo woo in between. The Rock Bottom That Saved Me

Welcome! This is the conversation I've been both nervous and excited to have. In this first episode, I’m sharing the story of my rock bottom. The moments that shaped me and broke me, the relationship that changed me, and the experiences that forced me to stop surviving and start healing. We’ll talk about addiction, abuse, trauma, spirituality, and what it looks like to rebuild your life when everything feels like it’s falling apart. This isn’t the story of having it all figured out. It’s the story of choosing yourself. If you’ve ever felt lost, questioned your worth, or wondered if life could feel different, I want you to know you are not alone. My hope is that by sharing my story, you’ll find the courage to step into your power and go after the life you desire. My rock bottom wasn’t the end. It was my greatest awakening yet.
