EP #04 - Michel Moser: Wie entstand der libs Roboter?
<p>In unserer vierten Episode sprechen wir mit Michel Moser, einem Berufsbildner für Automation bei libs am Standort Zürich. Auf der Suche nach einem spannenden Projekt für die Ausbildung, hat er sich von einem YouTube Video inspirieren lassen. Daraus entstand das Projekt «libs Roboter».</p> <p>Künftig soll der Roboter die Faszination für Technik und Industrie Berufe wecken. Antreffen kann man ihn, nach seiner Fertigstellung, an Messen und weiteren Events.</p> <p>Während seiner Realisierung arbeitete der gesamte Standort berufsübergreifend zusammen und wurde sowohl für die Lernenden als auch für die Berufsbildner zum Lehrstück.</p> <p>Wir wollten wissen, welche Motivation dahintersteckt und welchen Mehrwert das Projekt für die Lernenden bietet. Hinzu kommen Gesprächsthemen wie technische Funktionen des Roboters, sowie das Erlernte aus dem abteilungsübergreifenden Projekt.</p> <p> Auch dieses Mal führten wir unseren Gast durch die rapid fire questions.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Wir würden uns über eine Bewertung bei Apple Podcasts und Spotify sehr freuen.</p>
