[…] And that was going to make the computer essential because you could do things with software that you couldn't do in an analog world where you just basically had film pictures. You could make a scrapbook. Now you can do a digital scrapbook. And so we were at the beginning of a new phase for technology. At that time, Apple wasn't sold at Best Buy or Circuit City. The Mac had too low market share and low margins. They didn't want to carry it. So we were sold at CompuSA, for example, at Sears, but we didn't have very good distribution. But we wanted to reach out to everybody who hadn't yet bought a computer. […]
