Increasing awareness, practicing mindfulness as part of self-care and client care, and practicing empathy are all elements featured in this episode with special attention given to the classic "empty chair technique".
Show Links
Perspectives Therapy Services prides itself on being a value-based practice, meaning that our core principles guide us in everything we do.
Website: PerspectivesTherapyServices.com
Instagram: @perspectivestherapyservices
Facebook: @perspectivestherapyservices
LinkedIn: perspectives-therapy-services
