Utah's elections receive top marks from DC-based conservative think tank
<p class="x_elementToProof">Utah's elections are receiving top marks and high praise from R Street Institute, a center-right think tank based in Washington, D.C. According to a new report, Utah ranks among the nation's best in a new election scorecard, ranking alongside Florida, Georgia, and Ohio.
