<p>In something which resembled a page from the script of the movie “Good Morning Vietnam” – Chuck did specialty programming for the Armed Forces Radio Network serving Micronesia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines!</p> <p>In 1993, Chuck joined KZGZ (“Power 98”) in Agana, the capital village of Guam, and KPXP-Saipan as PD/MD and on the Afternoon Drive.</p> <p>He was the first in the world to broadcast underwater off Guam!
