And so when we look at the types of responses that one can have, it can be skillful and deliberate and on purpose, or it can be impulsive, reflexive and undisciplined. and i believe that training that impulse and that reflex and that response helps drive certain outcomes How have you trained your ability to identify the controllables and to respond in moments?
