[…] We also ask questions very open ended. So it would not be like, who did that? It would be, tell me about that happening. Tell me about your experience. And so we try to make it as open and it allows the child to honestly give multiple answers or tell us that they don't want to talk about it. And we can stop. We don't have to keep going. So I think that's one of the main differences is we try to give the child a voice while also still getting what we need. And the environment helps with that with the comfortable chairs. We've got Plato, we've got poppits. So we try to gauge where the child's at and just meet them there. […]
