Eric Gardner is the General Manager of Church Ranch Event Center and Table Mountain Meeting & Event Center, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences while building strong relationships throughout the business community. Under his leadership, the organization has earned numerous honors, including the Westminster Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year award in 2019. Eric believes that great organizations are built by great teams. Together, he and his staff have been recognized as Best Non-Food Vendor in Service at the Taste of Westminster in 2018, 2021, 2024, and 2025, and have also earned Best of Mile High honors in 2023 and 2025. Before joining Church Ranch Event Center, Eric owned and operated a successful financial services business with Primerica Financial Services from 1999 to 2010, helping individuals and families develop sound financial strategies. Earlier in his career, he built an extensive background in hospitality and leadership with Applebee's and Rio Bravo, where he served as a Lead Corporate Trainer. During that time, he helped open more than 100 restaurant locations across the country in just five years, developing high-performing teams and operational excellence. A passionate advocate for the local business community, Eric currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Chamber's Government Affairs Committee. Meet Parker Brown Parker Brown is a candidate for Westminster City Council in 2027 and is committed to serving the community that has given so much to his family. A longtime Westminster resident, Parker believes in giving back through leadership, service, and a genuine commitment to improving the city for current and future generations. Professionally, Parker has been with Carrabba's Italian Grill for 17 years and has served as the Managing Partner of the Westminster location since 2013. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with guests, mentored team members, and supported numerous local organizations and community events. He believes that strong business leadership extends beyond running a successful restaurant—it means actively investing in the community and helping it thrive. Parker has dedicated countless hours to community service and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, where he works alongside business and community leaders to strengthen the local economy and promote Westminster as a great place to live, work, and do business. His commitment to public service also includes serving as Chairman of the Westminster License and Permit Board and Chairman of the Jefferson County Liquor Licensing Authority. These leadership roles have provided valuable experience working with local government, making thoughtful decisions, and balancing the interests of residents, businesses, and the community as a whole. Public safety is another area Parker is passionate about. He serves as President of the Westminster Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association and is an active member of Westminster Citizens Fire (C-FIRE). Above all, Parker is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Amanda, are raising their two children, Cassidy and Logan, in Westminster. Alberto Garcia: GFiber

Alberto currently serves as the GFiber Government and Community Affairs Manager for Colorado, Idaho, and Utah, leveraging extensive public service experience to support local initiatives and economic growth. Alberto has deep roots in Westminster, elected to the Westminster City Council in 2013, where he helped shape strategic vision and was selected by his peers to serve as Mayor Pro Tem. Alberto then parlayed this municipal experience into roles as the Legislative Administrator for the City and County of Denver and later as the Policy and Stakeholder Engagement Director for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment during the COVID-19 pandemic response. Today, he combines this deep background in local governance, policy, and stakeholder engagement to manage regional government affairs and expand connectivity with community partners.
