<p>Today, we are talking to Kelli Kanashiro, founder and heart of JapaYoga. She is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), E-RYT 200 + RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga, Certified Therapeutic Yoga specialist, IAYT Yoga Therapist candidate, Shamanic Reiki Therapist, wellness advocate and educator.</p> <p>Kelli had been immersed in the corporate world for over two decades, playing leadership roles in projects and people management. By looking for alternatives to manage stress and lead a more balanced life, she found the path of Yoga. Since 2012, Kelli has been dedicated to the in-depth study and practice of Yoga, and what started as a personal discipline, eventually became her life purpose.</p> <p>Today, Kelli is committed to assisting people on the path of self-knowledge to explore their potential in every way.
