She is the staff partner for the Inverness office and loves to help others grow and rise through the ranks. With a young family and a busy role, she shares the challenges many face in juggling both.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>"A good team needs to have lots of different strengths, and if you're judging your performance on someone else's strengths, you're going to fall short. ...I think sometimes you imagine you should have all the strengths - you can't."</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>"...'What got you here won't get you there'. I think I've found the transitions a little bit tricky sometimes where you're good at what you're doing, so then you move on to something else...you were probably top dog in the the role and the level you were at and then go to being the newbie every time you go into a new role - I found that tricky at times."</strong></p>
