She is the staff partner for the Inverness office and loves to help others grow and rise through the ranks. I think I've found the transitions a little bit tricky sometimes where you're good at what you're doing, so then you move on to something else...you were probably top dog in the the role and the level you were at and then go to being the newbie every time you go into a new role - I found that tricky at times."</strong></p>
