<p>भाग ६७</p> <p><br></p> <p>Find Your 'Why' </p> <p><br></p> <p>Apple, Nike, Bose , Old Monk , ह्या सगळ्यांमध्ये काय साम्य आहे ?</p> <p><br></p> <p>ह्या सगळ्यांना एक कल्ट following आहे. </p> <p><br></p> <p>पण त्यांनी हे कसं केलं ?</p> <p><br></p> <p>सायमन सिनेक या लेखकाचे ‘स्टार्ट विथ व्हाय हे पुस्तक जगप्रसिद्ध आहे. त्यात त्याचे म्हणणे आहे, की ‘आपण कुठलीही गोष्ट ‘का’ करतो हे आधी माहिती हवं आणि मग ती कशी करायची हे आपण, आपणहून शोधून काढतो. त्याने बऱ्याच व्यावसायिक संस्थांचे उदाहरण त्यात दिले आहेत, जसे अँपल. अँपलला कल्ट फॉलोइंग आहे. त्याची काय कारणं आहेत याबद्दल विस्तृतपणे पुस्तकात दिले आहे, पण मुख्य मुद्दा हाच आहे की, कुठलंही काम करायच्या आधी आपल्याला आपण ते का करतो आहे, हे माहिती हवं. आपल्याला ‘का’ करायचं हे माहिती असलं की काय आणि कसे हे आपण शोधून काढतो.</p> <p>त्याने जी उदाहरणे दिली आहेत, ती सगळी अमेरिकन असल्यामुळे मी आपल्या उदाहरणांना हे लागू होतंय का याचा विचार करून बघितला आणि ते अक्षरशः खरं आहे, असं माझ्या लक्षात आलं. आजच्या भागात त्या बद्दल थोडा ऊहापोह केला आहे. </p> --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nachiket-satish-kshire/message
