Can one be positive and motivated all the 24 hours? Definitely not possible! Sometimes we are positive and sometimes negative. We are all human and not a machine or a robot to keep working, unaffected. Towards this, there is one thing that we can do. At a given point of time, assess your state of mind. If you're happy, keep going. If sad, think of what will make you happy and do it right away. If you are happy to hear a song, listen to it. Do you like going to the beach or watching an elephant or spending time with kids? Go on! Try to keep yourself happy and don't stay low for long. That's the key!!

Some say live by multiplying six hours by four, and live the day. All these are possible only when you manage yourself.
