[…] The problem is that we have not, the systems people are stuck in do not enable them to achieve that good life and act against it. And one of the problems, I think, is... So, I mean, we're saying an awful lot of people are never really offered any support on a voluntary basis, let alone, you know, we don't need to mandate it. We don't even offer. About half of NEAPs are not in the benefit system. What we need is a support on offer that is actually genuinely works, tackles barriers, and the people want to engage with and feel they can trust Because when we talk to people on the ground, when we talk to charities that are working with them to companies, you need a base level of trust that the advisor you're going to go and see is interested in you, has some expertise, can genuinely help you, and will stick with you.
