Tales of Wisdom- Ft Vivek Tiwari
05.12.2023: I was extremely fortunate to chat with ACC-4's ex-vice captain Vivek Tiwari. He shared his journey coming from a small village in India, how he came across Cricket at a very young age, how he kept in touch with the game in South Africa, and how his journey is going now in The Netherlands. Being a passionate and deep personality he is, we talked mostly about the emotions associated with the game, and when and when not to control those emotions. From Afghanistan to Netherlands- Ft. Ezzat Muhseni
<p>01/12/23- I had the privilege of talking to Amsterdam Cricket Club <strong>Zomi's young captain Ezzat Muhseni</strong> (a.k.a Tazze), who comes from Afghanistan and started following cricket early in his life, but fell in love with it once he joined ACC. </p> <p>Within four years time, he has gone from being game's absolute rookie to the captain and highest run-scorer for ACC Zomi in 2023.</p> <p>We talked about how he got introduced to the game, how he improved leaps and bounds, his love for Afghanistan Cricket Team, and my favourite part was when he shared some hilarious anecdotes about his current team (especially how he got his name Tazze, which is spelled Ezzat in reverse!!)</p> <p>If you're interested in learning more about Afghanistan's Cricketing Journey, I suggest this documentary <a href="https://youtu.be/_4u4FTgIQXY?si=44WBHqlSUNWhBB5g" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">Cricket In The Shadow Of War</a> on Al Jazeera Network.</p> <p>Hope you enjoy the episode as much as we did.
