Burnout- it’s not just a work word!
Burnout isn't just a work word. 🧡
We talk about it like it only lives in the office, but carers, parents, partners, and anyone holding space for others can burn out too. And most of the time, nobody's told them that's even allowed.
In this week's episode, I'm talking about:
✨ Why burnout is only officially recognised in a working context (and why that leaves so many people unseen)
✨ The environments that create burnout - unfairness, blurred boundaries, always being "contactable"
✨ Who's more at risk, and why -neurodivergence, sex, perfectionism, past trauma
✨ What actually helps - from journaling to knowing when it's time to seek professional support

How do you talk to yourself?
Are you a d**k to yourself? 🍆
Chances are, when you check in with yourself, you'll talk very harshly to yourself. The words you repeat and the words you put out there, you eventually believe, and before you know it, your self-esteem is at rock bottom!
I'm here to explain why, as a holistic health coach, I have your back with this important transformational topic.

Alcohol, being sober curious or just a conversation?
Alcohol, Sobriety & Getting Curious About Your Relationship With Booze
After sharing my 3 years sober story, I was overwhelmed by the number of messages from people who could relate — people who are sober, sober curious, questioning their relationship with alcohol, or simply trying to navigate a world where drinking is everywhere.
In this episode, I talk honestly about my own relationship with alcohol, what sobriety has taught me and why I believe we need more open, compassionate conversations around drinking.
This isn't an episode about telling you to stop drinking.
It's about curiosity.
For some people, alcohol really is something they can take or leave. For others, the relationship can become deeply connected to stress, emotions, confidence, socialising, coping and daily routines.
I'll explore why alcohol is relevant to the conversations we have around health, wellbeing and coaching, and why I want my spaces to feel safe for people to talk about their relationship with alcohol without judgement.
Whether you're sober, sober curious, questioning your drinking or simply interested in understanding yourself a little better, this conversation is for you.
You don't need to have a problem with alcohol to get curious about your relationship with it.
🎧 Come and have the conversation with me.

Comfort zones part 2!
EPISODE 2, WHERE I AM NOW ✨
Whether you've joined from my coaching world or therapy world, let's catch up on where I am now!
Leaving your comfort zone sounds exciting when you’re looking at it from the outside.
Actually doing it? A little different.
In Episode 1, I shared how I felt immediately after making a change, the uncertainty, the discomfort and the “what have I done?” moments.
Now, I’m in the middle of it.
And I’m learning that change isn’t simply good or bad.
There are pros:
✨ Growth
✨ New opportunities
✨ Learning more about yourself
✨ Building confidence
✨ Realising you’re capable of more than you thought
But there are cons too:
🤍 Uncertainty
🤍 Doubt
🤍 Feeling uncomfortable
🤍 Missing the familiarity of what you knew
🤍 Wondering whether you’ve made the right decision
And honestly? Both can exist at the same time.
I think this is something we can apply to so many areas of our health and wellbeing.
Want to move more?
Improve your relationship with food?
Prioritise your mental wellbeing?
Create better boundaries?
Rest more?
Try something completely different?
You don’t have to transform your entire life overnight.
Sometimes the biggest change starts with one small step outside of what feels familiar.
And maybe the goal isn’t to become completely comfortable with change…
Maybe it’s learning that you can handle being uncomfortable while you grow. 🌿
That’s where I am right now.
Not at the finish line.
Not with everything figured out.
Just somewhere new, and learning to trust the process.

Comfort Zones, part 1- not your usual coach chat around comfort zones!
EPISODE 1 — THE CHANGE & HOW I FELT, in and out of a comfort zone 🤍
Recently, I stepped outside of my comfort zone.
And if I’m honest, it didn’t immediately feel empowering, exciting or like one of those “everything happens for a reason” moments.
It felt uncomfortable.
There was doubt.
There was uncertainty.
There was overthinking.
And definitely a few moments of “have I actually made the right decision?”
But sometimes we only talk about the outcome of change, the confidence, the growth and the exciting new chapter.
We don’t always talk about what happens immediately after you make the decision.
That messy middle.
The bit where you’ve left what was familiar, but you haven’t quite settled into what comes next.
For me, this change happened because I knew that staying comfortable wasn’t necessarily the same as being happy, fulfilled or moving forward.
And I think that’s something that applies to our health and wellbeing too.
Sometimes we know something needs to change, but changing it means stepping away from what we know.
A different relationship with food.
Moving your body differently.
Prioritising rest.
Setting boundaries.
Asking for support.
Changing your routine.
Or simply admitting that what worked for you once… doesn’t work for you anymore.
And that can feel really uncomfortable.
But uncomfortable doesn’t always mean wrong.
Sometimes it means new. 🌿
So this is Episode 1 of comfort zones, the honest version.
How I felt as a direct result of making that change, why I decided it needed to happen, and what it actually feels like when you step away from something familiar.
Because I’m not sharing this from the other side with a perfectly tied-up ending.
I’m sharing it while I’m in it.
And maybe that’s the most honest part of all. 🤍

Movement motivation and the true meaning of holistic coaching
In this episode I move beyond the "what" of exercise into the real conversation: why so many women can't stick to a plan, and why that's rarely their fault. She unpacks the difference between holistic coaching and coaches who simply dress up a generic workout programme, explains what "movement motivation" really means, and shares why every client starts with steps before anything else. A candid look at building a relationship with movement that actually lasts , for female health, sustainable habits, and mental wellbeing alike.

Do you need habits? How do habits facilitate getting to your goals?
Habits, Motivation & The Subtle Glow Method ✨
What if motivation isn’t something you need to find before you start?
What if it’s something that can actually grow from the habits you build along the way?
In this episode of the Integrated Her Podcast, we’re talking all about habits why they matter, how they can influence motivation, and why creating lasting change isn’t about trying to completely overhaul your life overnight.
Within my Subtle Glow Method, habits are a huge part of the journey.
Every client has their own personalised plan built around Core Habits, the foundations that support their health and wellbeing, alongside additional habits that are specifically chosen to help them work towards their individual goals.
Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
Your habits need to work with your life, your circumstances, your capacity and the person you are becoming.
We’ll explore how small, consistent actions can build momentum, why waiting to feel motivated can keep you stuck, and how creating realistic habits can help you build confidence and trust in yourself.
✨ Small habits. Consistent action. A subtle glow that comes from within.
