Our conversation traces his coming of age in his home town Modimolle, his growing interest in studying art and the ensuing challenges that cropped up in his life journey to become a practicing fine artists. Intraparadox, An interview with Bruce Bowale, Mobu
<p>In this addition of Intraparadox, I have a conversation with Bruce Bowale in the backdrop of his pop-up exhibition at Stuart Trent Art Gallery, Waterkloof – Tshwane, during this month. Bowale has produced around twenty artworks for this exhibition. While half of the artworks were produced during lockdown whilst he was in Limpopo, Zebediela. The other works were produced in Gauteng from when our country moved to COVID-19 Level 3 restrictions.</p>
