<p>Adam Narloch speaks with Dr Michael Jordan to talk about his HLH research and a pivotal trial in HLH. Dr Jordan is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati. Hear from Dr Jordan about his work exploring the pathology of HLH using mouse models, as well as the background, methods, and results from the Gamifant pivotal trial.</p><p>Indication</p><p>Gamifant is an interferon gamma (IFNγ)–blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric (newborn and older) patients with primary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) with refractory, recurrent, or progressive disease or intolerance with conventional HLH therapy.</p><p>Important Safety Information</p><p>Infections</p><p>Before initiating Gamifant, patients should be evaluated for infection, including latent tuberculosis (TB).
