The Last Dog is a thrilling and heartfelt audio adventure with the love story between a girl and a dog at its center. In an apocalyptic future, climate change and overconsumption have made our planet a very different place. […] So it's still she's a teenager, not a full grown adult like Ben Franklin kind of looking back. But that was she was a few years older and that helped us kind of differentiate this. And it's a different kind of narration, too, because it's a little bit more literary. You know, it's not just telling what's happened. We also use it to skip ahead in time in a way we hadn't before. So it's just an interesting, a different use of narration than we'd done before. It gives like novel in a great way, you know, like adventure novel where, you know, yeah, I don't have to explain it. And it really helps paint the picture of this ruined world, which is very hard to do in audio without, you know, explaining it. […]
