iQMS Talk zum KVG Qualitätsvertrag
<p>Dieser Podcast bespricht die Einführung des <strong>Qualitätsvertrags nach Art. 58a KVG</strong> in der Schweiz, welcher Ende 2024 zwischen Leistungserbringern und Krankenversicherern abgeschlossen wurde, um die Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Gesundheitswesen grundlegend zu verbessern. Dieser Vertrag verpflichtet Gesundheitsorganisationen zur Etablierung systematischer <strong>Qualitätsmessungen und Verbesserungsmassnahmen</strong> gemäß dem PDCA-Zyklus. Während viele Institutionen bereits Qualitätsmanagementsysteme nutzen, liegt die grösste Herausforderung in der Erzielung einer <strong>gesamtheitlichen Sicht auf die Qualitätsentwicklung</strong> sowie im erheblichen unvergüteten Aufwand für die Datenstandardisierung. Um die praktische Umsetzung zu optimieren, werden <strong>Pilotaudits</strong> durchgeführt, die zeigen, dass unterschiedliche Institutionsstrukturen eine einheitliche Vorgehensweise erschweren. Die erfolgreiche, langfristige Verankerung einer <strong>integrierten Qualitätskultur</strong> steht weiterhin im Fokus, wobei jedoch die politische Frage der Finanzierung und des Umgangs mit den Kosten für die zusätzlichen Anforderungen noch geklärt werden muss.</p>
