In the episode No. 7 of "IRAN-DACH Podcast", Mostafa Maleki and Mahmoud Javadi keep focusing on "German-Speaking Tourists in Iran", as they did in the previous episode. As COVID19 restrictions have recently been eased in Europe and fully vaccinated Europeans are allowed to travel many destinations including Iran with no testing and quarantine, tourism industry are reviving and gearing up for more travel and tourists. In this follow-up episode, Mostafa conducted another interview with Mr. Mohammad Reza Daneshvar who is the university lecturer and professional tour leader for German-speaking tourists, exploring the prospects of German speaking tourists' visit to Iran. In this conversation, common traits of people in Switzerland, Austria and Germany are fully elaborated and exemplified. Like the last episode, the co-hosts talk about the state of vaccination in Germany and recent developments surrounding the upcoming national elections in Germany, scheduled to take place late this September. IRAN-DACH Podcast Episode 6 | ایران-داخ پادکست اپیزود 6

After some-month pause, the new episode focuses on another interesting topic "German-Speaking Tourists in Iran". Although the COVID19 pandemic has put a halt to the tourism industry for a while, the DACH countries have recently started planning to revive the industry for the post-COVID19 era. To explore how these countries and Germany in particular are working to rebuild the tourism industry and what opportunities and challenges Iran are facing for attracting the German-Speaking tourists in the post-COVID19 era, the IRAN-DACH Podcast was honored and privileged to have conversation with professional tour leader for German-speaking tourists and lecturer at the university Mr. Mohammad Reza Daneshvar. In the pre-recorded interview, Mr. Daneshvar shared his expertise and experiences on factors which had been contributed to boosting the Iranian tourism industry and attracting German-speaking tourists to Iran before the COVID19 outbreak and the withdrawal of the United States from the Iran Nuclear Deal, a.k.a JCPOA, and provide some insights on what future is ahead of the Iranian tourism industry and what challenges need to be settled aimed at witnessing the flux of citizens from the DACH countries to Iran. In this episode released on the first day of the Iranian New Year (March 21, 2021), Mostafa Maleki & Mahmoud Javadi explored the far right movement in Germany and dedicate particular attention to the rise of Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) in this country. Prior to the discussion, some domestic developments and updates were reviewed. IRAN-DACH Podcast was honored and privileged to conduct an interview with Mr. <a href="https://twitter.com/NourbakhshNader">Nader Nourbakhsh</a> who is a PhD candidate in Political Geography at the University of Tehran. Mr. Nourbakhsh's main research interest is far right movements across Europe and he is one of the few experts have numerous publications on this less noticed topic in Iran. In the conversation, Mr. Nourbakhsh shared his perspectives on the terminology of far right, its variants, the rise of far right movement in post-cold war Germany, how the AfD party has been evolving since its foundation and finally, the prospects of the far right activism in post-COVID19 Germany. The episode was recorded on March 10, 2021.
