She has performed across Western Canada and internationally, with appearances at Wicked Woods and Deep Roots Music Festivals, and has contributed guest mixes to SWERVE, SubChakra, Chill Bangers, Blessit Selectionz, and more. Beyond performance, she co-founded Flatmates Production, producing sold-out boutique events, and has created large-scale interactive installations for Revelstoke’s LUNA Art Festival. Committed to community impact, Hilz spearheaded and leads an accessible mobility program for Revelstoke Seniors, and founded a BIPOC Youth Dance Scholarship to support accessibility and representation in movement spaces. Beyond music, Hilary is a hospice volunteer and registered clinical counsellor. She founded Wholehearted Counselling in 2025 and co-facilitates no-cost grief groups in her community. This spirit of care permeates her artistry — every set, installation, and workshop is rooted in intention, visibility, and connection.

Dolla Hilz at Wicked Woods 2025 - 6AM in the Unicorn Lounge

Here it is — an early morning love letter to Jamaican music, one of the enduring loves of my life. Best listened to with the woofer's woofin' 🔊 At times I serenaded you with soulful reggae; at times, I shelled you with basslines — all straight from my tender heart to yours. Massive thanks to the Akisq’nuk First Nation, the Wicked Woods crew, and ever-expanding gratitude to Indigogh (Jackson), who mastered a track the night before I left for the Woods of Whimsy — so I could bathe the forest creatures in proper root chakra frequencies. Check out @Indigogh — an insanely talented, grounded, and humble homie based in Vancouver, with some enchanting-as-fuck projects in the pipeline. Please listen, dance, and share my set from Wicked Woods 2025! I played from 6–7am on Saturday night (or Sunday morning for you normies) in the Unicorn Lounge. Big love to @M3RF for inviting me and trusting me with this sunrise slot. He told me he'd listened to all of my mixes (high praise!) and especially loved a Jamaican dub mix I put out in 2022 (Gettin’ Irie in the Eddy). He asked for morning dubs for the people — and I felt well-equipped for the assignment. King Tubby’s dub legacy lives on — and on — and on… Tracklist - Thank you to all of these artists for your beautiful sounds! Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes - Paul Simon [Warner Bros. I played disco, house, jazz, a lil bit of hip hop, and even my fav new Bad Bunny track. Listen to the very end for a few of my absolute fav new tracks: Stayin' Alivinho - Paul Mond & Tera Kòrá flip @paulmond Jorja Smith - On My Mind (Full Crate Remix) @fullcrate Jungle - Back on 74 (Full Crate remix )@fullcrate Tracks that went off the hardest were: Bad Bunny - Nuevayol @badbunny15 Kendrick Lamar - FANTASTIC TV OFF (Never Dull Remix) @neverdullmusic September Maru w/ Dave Nunes (Legend of Kòrá remix) @tera-kora Chappell Roan - Pink Pony Club (Kasey Berry Remix) @kaseyberrymusic OMC - How Bizarre (such a banger)! You can hear myself and Big Lou (@louie-seber-1) on the mic a few times throughout the evening, the rules of the party include (1) you must dress up, (2) NO PHONES, and (3) dance! A highlight of the evening was when someone pulled out a phone to make a request, and Louie got on the mic to SHUT IT DOWN! If you have a chance to come to one of these parties, don’t sleep on buying tickets, they sell out ‘INSTANTLY’. Hope you enjoy the mix and see you next time Revelstoke! I love you! It's such a treat to work with kind, grateful, and creative people. I'm lucky to be surrounded by them! Cover image: Dalton lookin' fly...
