Continuăm discuția despre managementul nutrițional, în particular cel al pacientului oncologic. </p> <p>Al doilea pas după screening, este evaluarea nutrițională. O să discut pe scurt etapele evaluării și apoi le voi explica mai pe larg, luând ca exemplu pacientul cu cancer. Screeningul malnutriției
<p>Servus și bine ați venit la - Lucrând în nutriție cu mine, Irina Mateieș. Din acest episod voi începe să discut managementul nutrițional al pacientului oncologic. Primul pas și subiectul episodului de astăzi este screeningul pentru malnutriție. Discut despre diferitele instrumente de screening existente, ce instrument folosesc eu, ce vă sfătuiesc să alegeți voi cât și despre criteriile GLIM de diagnosticare a malnutriției.</p> <p>ERATĂ - la minutul 6.25 spun "criterii etiologice" și trebuia să spun "criterii fenotipice".
