Unsicherheit, Mobbing und Diagnosen-Chaos mit Luis
<p>Luis erlebt nach einem Autounfall eine schwierige Phase und geht in Therapie. Doch es ist nicht nur der Autounfall, sondern nach und nach merkt Luis, dass traumatische Erfahrungen in der Schule ihn bis heute begleiten. In der Oberstufe wurde Luis stark gemobbt, so sehr, dass er bis zum Ende der Schulzeit jeden Morgen widerwillig, extra zu spät und mit Bauchschmerzen in die Schule ging. Bei einem stationären Aufenthalt in der Klinik erhielt er zunächst die Diagnose Long Covid, dann noch Autismus-Spektrum-Störung und ADHS – und schließlich wurden alle Diagnosen wieder verworfen. Chaos! Viele Therapiestunden und Psychiater*innen später steht Luis jetzt mit zwei anderen Diagnosen im Leben. Flashbacks, Dissoziation und Ziele mit Valérie
<p>Jede Geschichte ist anders. Valérie wusste schon als Kind das irgendwie etwas anders ist. Jedoch erst als Erwachsene war ihr bewusst, dass diese Andersartigkeit Teil einer grösseren Diagnose ist. Mit ihrer Sportkarriere konnte sie ihre Traumata und Probleme verdrängen, bis diese Strategie durch eine Verletzung durchbrochen wurde.
