(رويترز، 22 نيسان/أبريل 2024)</p> <p><br></p> <p>التعليق:</p> <p><br></p> <p>إنّ سفك الدماء في فلسطين أدّى إلى تعميق انعدام ثقة الأمة الإسلامية بكل أشكال حكام المسلمين الحاليين. لقد فشلت الزيارة الأخيرة التي قام بها الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي إلى باكستان في إشعال أي أمل في تعزيز قوتهم بمساعدة بعضهما بعضا ضدّ عدوهم المشترك. لماذا؟ لأن عدو الأمة صديق لحكامها ويختبئ في عباءات هؤلاء الحكام الفاخرة وكلامهم المعسول. وأياً كانت التربة التي يمشون عليها، فإن آثار أقدامهم تترك آثار الدّم الفلسطيني التي ظلّوا يتجاهلونها ويدوسون عليها.</p> <p><br></p> <p>بعد إلغاء الخلافة، عانى المسلمون في جميع أنحاء العالم من وطأة حكامهم الخونة وتحملوا عارهم. وبعد وضعهم في سجون الدول القومية، قام هؤلاء الحكام بتشكيل وإيجاد أعداء لأنفسهم. وقيل للناس إن الخطر ما زال كامناً، وأنه يختبئ في زوايا بلدانهم.</p> <p><br></p> <p>"الانفصاليون"؛ من هم هؤلاء الأشخاص؟ ولماذا يمكن أن تجد مجموعة من الناس التعساء في كل بلد مسلم اختاروا حمل السلاح ضدّ دولتهم؟ الجواب هو الظلم الشديد ورفض التسهيلات للشعب الذي لا يزال يتمتع بغرائزه واحترامه لذاته ويعيش في مناطق مليئة بالموارد.</p> <p><br></p> <p>تنقسم بلوشستان بالتساوي تقريبا بين إيران وباكستان، في حين إنّ بعض مساحتها تقع أيضاً في أفغانستان. ولأكثر من قرن من الزّمان، اشتكى هؤلاء الناس من التمييز المنهجي في ظلّ حكومات مختلفة، في إيران وباكستان. وما فتئت الحكومتان تعاملان هؤلاء الناس بالطريقة نفسها التي تعلموها من أسيادهم المستعمرين. فقد فرضت طهران قيوداً على اللغة البلوشية، بل حتى على وجود أسماء بلوشية. وهؤلاء الناس لا يحصلون على وظائف حكومية، والفقر منتشر في مناطقهم، وقد تمّ إعدام المئات منهم بناءً على مزاعم واهية بالتهريب. والشيء الآخر الذي يتعارض مع هؤلاء الانفصاليين هو أنهم ينتمون إلى الطائفة السنية، بينما إيران دولة يهيمن عليها الشيعة، ومنذ الثورة الإيرانية، تمّ صنع السياسات بمساعدة رجال الدّين الشيعة.</p> <p><br></p> <p>بلوشستان هي أكبر مقاطعة في باكستان، وتشكّل حوالي 43.6 في المئة من إجمالي مساحة البلاد. وهي غنية بالموارد الطبيعية مثل الذهب والنحاس والنفط والغاز الطبيعي، ولها شريط ساحلي بطول 770 كيلومتراً، حيث يقع ميناء جوادار الاستراتيجي - وهو سمة بارزة للممرّ الاقتصادي الصيني الباكستاني. وعلى الرغم من كونها غنية بالموارد الطبيعية، ما تزال بلوشستان أفقر مقاطعة في باكستان! ورداً على ذلك، واجهت باكستان مقاومة مسلحة واحتج شعب بلوشستان على حالات الاختفاء القسري. وفي الوقت نفسه، اتهمت إيران باكستان بالسماح لمسلحين من الجماعة الانفصالية السنية (جيش العدل) بالعمل بحرية من بلوشستان وتنفيذ هجمات ضد السلطات الإيرانية. وفي 16 كانون الثاني/يناير نفذت إيران ضربة صاروخية على باكستان، ما أدى إلى مقتل طفلين وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين. ورداً على ذلك، شنت باكستان غارات جوية على مخابئ إرهابية مزعومة في إيران، وزعمت أن غاراتها أدت إلى مقتل تسعة انفصاليين بلوش على الأقل.</p> <p><br></p> <p>علق سيريل ألميدا، وهو صحفي باكستاني متمرس، على موقع إكس، ساخراً: "لم يحدث قط أن قصف بلدان بعضهما بعضاً وأعربا عن مثل هذا الدفء بينهما في غضون 48 ساعة... إنه لأمر عجيب..."! والآن في غضون ثلاثة أشهر من إطلاق صواريخ كل منهما على الآخر يدعي البلدان مستقبلا مزدهرا معاً؛ من التجارة إلى خط أنابيب الغاز! ومباشرةً بعد مغادرة رئيسي من باكستان، أبدت الولايات المتحدة استياءها وحذّرت باكستان من خطر العقوبات.</p> <p><br></p> <p>الآن، نحن بحاجة إلى إلقاء نظرة أعمق على ما يحدث هنا بالضبط. يرغب كلا الحاكمين، رئيسي وشريف، بالحصول على 15 دقيقة من الشّهرة من خلال الظهور بمظهر صارم والتظاهر بعدم الاهتمام بردّ الفعل الأمريكي. في الواقع، هذه هي أسهل طريقة يمكن أن تتقارب بها الولايات المتحدة وإيران، من خلال وضع باكستان بينهما، حيث ستحصل الولايات المتحدة على نصيب الأسد، وستحاول إيران وباكستان جمع كل ما تبصقه الولايات المتحدة، ولن يشعر هؤلاء الحكّام بالخجل من القيام بذلك. عن أبي هريرة أن النبي ﷺ قال: «لاَ يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ».</p> <p><br></p> <p>لقد حذّرنا الله سبحانه وتعالى ونبيه محمد ﷺ من أعداء الإسلام، وأنهم لن يفوتوا أبداً فرصة لإيذاء أمّته وسيستمرون في التآمر والتخطيط والعمل ضدّ عباد الله. ﴿وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ</p>

Directives Rather than Dialogue</strong></p> <p>(Translated)</p> <p><br></p> <p>The President of America, Joe Biden, extended an invitation to the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, to visit Washington. The invitation was accepted, and he led a delegation that met with several officials on Monday, April 15, 2024, including President Joe Biden and Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin.</p> <p><br></p> <p>In his meeting with al-Sudani, the American President began by stating the American support for the Jewish entity and the importance of its security. The response from the Iraqi Prime Minister was hesitant and trivial, as he said, “...our views may be divergent about what’s happening there in the region, but we agree certainly about the international law, the international humanitarian law, and the responsibility to protect the law of war. And we reject any aggression against the civilians, especially women and children. And we encourage the commitment not to — about respecting international norms and diplomatic relations.”</p> <p><br></p> <p>The truth is that this meeting was not meant for discussing issues between two governments; rather, it was an invitation for the master to dictate its terms to its servant. America is an occupying state that invaded Iraq, toppled its regime, dissolved its army, established its own regime, imposed its constitution, and brought its minions to guard this system. All the theatrics and media deception to portray Iraq as a sovereign entity are lies and deceit confirmed by the country's political reality.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Therefore, this invitation and visit were aimed at solidifying the occupation under glamorous pretexts. While the Iraqi government talks about ending the presence of the military coalition in the country, Austin stated at the Pentagon, "The two nations agree on the need to transition to a permanent bilateral security relationship." This was echoed in tweets by the American ambassador in Baghdad, emphasizing the comprehensive and permanent strategic partnership between Washington and Baghdad across all levels, including cultural and health aspects.</p> <p><br></p> <p>O Ummah of Goodness, and O Best of Nations: This is the reality of those who have assumed authority over you; they are lowly slaves seeking the approval of their masters at the expense of the people, their security, and their wealth. This is your current state after your state was overthrown, and your sovereignty vanished. In those times (under the Khilafah (Caliphate)), the rulers of the Muslims would not leave the country except as conquerors or pilgrims heading to the Sacred House. However, your rulers today do not leave except as conspirators or fleeing thieves. So wake up from your slumber, and respond to the command of Allah by implementing His Shariah and establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, and give him bay’ah to the just Imam who is obeyed and fought behind.
