About Island Gone Wild (FKA - Garden Gone Wild)

A diary, a breakdown, a wandering mind. Hosted by me, Lexi I have lived across countries and loves horror films, psychological thrillers, folklore, strange coincidences, metaphysics, poetry, and the unexplainable. Each episode explores one idea, one movie, one curiosity, or one emotion — all woven together through personal reflection and a voice that is learning, growing, and becoming more confident with every chapter. This podcast is not about going viral. It’s about documenting the mind’s wild garden: the thoughts that bloom, the fears that echo, and the memories that linger.

   Quiet Wounds, Loud Wars

This episode travels back to where it all began: a youngsoldier stepping into the military, unaware of the shadows ahead. I explore the harassment I endured, the silence I carried, and the painful realizations about exploitation and trafficking that surfaced during my deployments. A story about innocence, awakening, and the cost of learning the truth.

   Strange Affair Part 2

In the aftermath of a sudden loss, Lexi finds herselfnavigating a grief with no name, mourning a man she knew intimately, yet never fully. What begins as quiet sorrow slowly unfurls into something stranger: cryptic dreams that feel like messages, a cluster of impossible lights hovering in her bedroom, and a single German word—PUNKT—found in the exact moment she needed a sign. In this deeply personal audio diary, Lexi explores the thin, haunting line between longing and visitation, and asks what remains of a connection when the person is gone.
