Application of an Objective Structured Teaching Exercise to refine supervision skills among clinical genetics professionals
It’s not just a coincidence that an Objective Structured Teaching Exercise (OSTE) sounds like an OSCE. This interactive simulation and evaluation tool was adapted from medical OSCEs and is used primarily in faculty development settings. In this pubcast, we talk with Jessica Hartley and Angela Krutish, who further adapted the OSTE for supervision skills training in the field of genetics counselling.
