<p>In vista del prossimo <strong>referendum costituzionale</strong> in materia di <strong>giustizia</strong>, nasce a Riccione un’occasione di informazione e confronto aperta alla cittadinanza. L’evento è pensato come uno spazio di <strong>approfondimento</strong> e di <strong>dialogo</strong>, con un obiettivo chiaro: favorire un voto consapevole.</p><p>La serata si compone di:</p><ul><li>una prima parte informativa e divulgativa, a cura dell’avv. <strong>Daniele Verni</strong>, dedicata ad illustrare in modo chiaro, oggettivo e accessibile i contenuti del referendum;</li><li>una seconda parte di dibattito, che vedrà confrontarsi due sostenitori del Sì e due del No: avv. <strong>Massimiliano Mariani</strong> (ORA!), cons. <strong>Flavio Mauro</strong> (FdI), p.m. <strong>Stefano Celli</strong>, avv. <strong>Maurizio Ghinelli</strong>.</li></ul><p>L’intento non è orientare la scelta, ma creare le condizioni per comprendere meglio i temi in gioco e stimolare un confronto argomentato.</p>
