<p>Hi there. It's been a while, but all good things come to those who wait. Episode 4 of It Doesn't Have to Hurt to Heal You: The Story of microStretching is in the books. This is the final episode and Nikos and I hope that some of what we have shared with you is of value. Now just because this introduction to microStretching has wrapped, doesn't mean that the story of micrStretching is coming to an end. In many ways Nikos' journey is just beginning and it's one that we hope you will enjoy hearing about. So consider this kind of a first act. Who knows how many are still to come? Rest assured there will be more. In the meantime, we hope you have enjoyed hearing about Niko's journey - to this point - and the incredible therapy that is microStretching.</p>
