<p>In Episode #30, Deb and Jim discuss their combined 40 years on the path of yoga. Listen to both of their stories about getting started in the practice, what it was like to go through their individual teacher trainings and how the practice has evolved for them over the years. In the second half of the episode, Jim and Deb discuss the Yamas and Niyamas, which are a set of ethical standards and spiritual observances that some yogis apply in their everyday lives. Learn about how learn how practicing things like Ahimsa (non-violence), Satya (truthfulness) and Tapas (self-discipline) can become something like a <em>Yogic Ten Commandments. </em>Enjoy! </p>
