Sam's guests range from fellow powerlifters to Certified Personal Trainers, avid gym goers, and more. <br><br>Join us and hear some unique stories from every athlete, what powerlifters face on and off the platform, awkward and sometimes vulgar moments, and our training environments. <br><br>My goal of this podcast is to share the stories of people who dedicate their time to training - whether that is powerlifting, bodybuilding or another sport - I want to hear about it and share your story. The name of this podcast was originally specified to powerlifting but as each episode has progressed - it encompasses the moments in our training that not many people talk about: the moments that push us to our limits, the moments when training starts to push back. <br><br>Everyone might have different experiences but I hope the stories shared on this podcast bring those experiences to light and resonates with other lifters. <br><br>Each episode will be very different so stay tuned! </strong></div>
