What is Self Love?
<p>When we think about love most of us think about a relationship with another person but what I've come to realise is that the most important relationship you can have is the relationship with yourself. I have been building a solid and strong foundation for self love and it has allowed me to feel more comfortable, complete and whole within myself. I can speak kinder to myself, I can be more compassionate and empathic in difficult times basically I am treating amazing and giving myself the love I would want to give to another. </p>
