<p>Oggi vi racconterò un po’ sulla storia del dolce italiano più amato e più famoso al mondo: il tiramisù.</p> <p>Ma cosa significa in realtà? Come nacque? Come venne inventato?</p> <p>Prima di iniziare dovrei chiarirvi che intorno alla nascita di questo dolce ci sono tanti padri e leggende urbane confuse. Insomma, sarebbe davvero difficile capire quale sia la verità con tante ricette, ed è necessario considerare che potrebbe non esistere un'unica origine. Quindi, ho scelto quella che considero la mia preferita e che mi piace raccontare ai miei studenti.</p>
