ep 17 | Surprise Pisces Season Forecast: Saturn–Neptune at 0° Aries, Eclipse Season, and the Run-Up to an Ultra-Aries New Year

Pisces season is the pre-beginning of the zodiac year. It is the liminal space before Aries, when things are still forming, dissolving, clarifying, and choosing. In this episode, I walk through what Pisces season tends to stir up, and why this particular Pisces season matters in a bigger, longer arc. The headline is the Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries (Feb 20). We have been building toward this since last summer. Neptune brings the dream, the vision, the imagination. Saturn brings the structure, the commitment, the foundation that makes something real. I talk about how I’m working with it in practice: writing it down, making a plan, building scaffolding, and taking tangible steps so the vision actually has somewhere to land. From there, we move into the rest of Pisces season’s timeline: eclipse season, Mercury retrograde in Pisces, Mars entering Pisces, and the Virgo lunar eclipse that highlights the Pisces–Virgo polarity (oneness vs discernment, spirituality vs practicality, intuition vs the calendar). I close with the pivot point that changes the temperature entirely: March 20, the astrological new year, when the Sun enters Aries and Mercury stations direct, lighting up one of the most Aries-activated days I have ever seen on a chart. ep 16 | april astrology forecast: a new take on fire signs 🔥, actual new year resolutions, and an eclipse AND mercury retrograde (oh my!)

Dana and I are back for April chatting all things Aries and Fire signs (neither of us have very much Fire in our charts!) and have some surprising insights about Mars, the ruler of Aries. We pulled a card from the Starseed Oracle Deck (https://www.amazon.com/Starseed-Oracle-53-Card-Deck-Guidebook/dp/1788172884/ref=sr_1_2?crid=3JBWAV01QK8PB&keywords=starseed+oracle+deck&qid=1680570591&sprefix=starsee%2Caps%2C175&sr=8-2) that helps us align with the initiating energy of April. We also talk about: Continuing conversation about Pluto's move into Aquarius The softer side of Mars and how it can lead to connection and love instead of anger and separation Aries as an expression of knowing yourself and having conviction, which allows for confident and quick action Unlearning conditioning around what is "selfish" The new moon solar eclipse in Aries Mercury's going retrograde this month and it's all going to be okay Flowing from fiery Aries energy to grounded Taurus this month Asides about revolutions and Bravo “I think the other side of Mars that people forget, in terms of traditional rulership in Scorpio, is that softer side. Now we associate it with Aries and the fire and the battle, and the God of war and all of that stuff. But it's also that passion, Scorpio is the ultimate, sexy, passionate sign and we don't really associate that with Mars, but it is part of Mars is." ep 13 | january 2023 astrology forecast and why you may want to stay flexible with those new year's resolutions

This month, I'm teaming up with my astro BFF Dana of Self Help Witch (peep her as my first guest on the podcast in episode 2!) to talk about the key energies for January. We are keeping things simple and focused on the planetary events that are going to affect us the most: planets exiting retrograde and planets changing signs. January is a month of big shifts, with three planets stationing direct (hello end of retrograde season!). We give you the exact dates of each planet's pre-retrograde shadow, retrograde period, and post-retrograde shadow so you can see what was/is/and will be going on in your life during each time. We also talk about: Why I am leaving horoscopes behind and my astrological renaissance The energetic evolution with the shift from Sagittarius season to Capricorn season to Aquarius season How to use our intuition to guide us Our own personal ideals of Mars retrograde and how it actually turned out The opportunity retrograde planets give us Dana's experience with the Uranus-Pluto transit, which has been more about boundaries and karmic obligations than financial issues The full moon in Cancer Why the planetary energies are inviting you to be flexible with any new year's resolutions Venus changing signs twice this month The Sun moving into Aquarius "Go ahead and set your intentions if you want, on January 1st, and then let it be okay if they change and let it be okay if new stuff comes up that makes you wanna recalibrate as we move through Aquarius season and into the Equinox." ep 11 | the astrology of habits: how to use habits as self-care with Kelly Carlson

If you want to learn about the astrology of habits and how you can work with them as self-care, this podcast is for you! Kelly Carlson is a certified habits and empowerment coach and the host of the One Bad Habit podcast. Kelly is a Gemini Sun, Taurus Rising, Cancer Moon In this episode, she and Lynnette discuss the power of habits, how they show up in your astrological chart, and how to connect with Saturn to make sure that you don’t live your life according to “shoulds”. Kelly opens up about her rock bottom experience that transformed her view of habits, self-care, and body image and talks about her approach to changing habits one by one, little by little. Habits aren’t just something we should do, they are daily actions that we can choose with intention to honor and uplift ourselves. Lynnette and Kelly also get astrological, talking about where habit and routine is in your birth chart, what it means to have empty houses in your chart, and making friends with Saturn, the planet of responsibility. How our cultural background can shape our views on habits and self-care The astrology of habits and how they can be used as self-care The importance of choosing one habit to focus on at a time How trying a new habit for a set period of time can help us decide if it's something we actually like The importance of understanding why we want to take on a new habit How to change our perspective on habits Kelly's intuition and connection to Spirit The importance of finding balance between our North Node and South Node I started to realize that habits aren't really, like I am, staying in affirmation every day or like I have this really beautiful aesthetic, like morning routine. It was really just how each week in small ways can I choose myself and how I can honor myself. And it doesn't really matter what that is. - Kelly Carlson Where to find Kelly: ChelseaRiffe.com (https://www.onebadhabitatatime.com/) In My Non-Expert Opinion Podcast (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/one-bad-habit-podcast-with-kelly-carlson/id1606935142) @onebadhabitatatime (https://www.instagram.com/onebadhabitatatime/) @onebadhabitpodcast (https://www.instagram.com/onebadhabitpodcast/) TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@onebadhabit?_d=secCgYIASAHKAESPgo836XiN1xPAsLT22ev83ZHc8i0EGmWcy7Z%2B1GgMPF4gESwkVFrpeZ5edlo6m5lnNJhAt998kskItFCmLCkGgA%3D&checksum=ead9778c230b8781dbe69d0ec1891da0a63ba51d391542f52869ad196c546ac5&language=en&sec_uid=MS4wLjABAAAAjGXKZWv8NdyYhHjvjOxoQ-5rtpxcKM_SCIFzZMuCRD13XfInkKfzAydFOyUF1n99&sec_user_id=MS4wLjABAAAAjGXKZWv8NdyYhHjvjOxoQ-5rtpxcKM_SCIFzZMuCRD13XfInkKfzAydFOyUF1n99&share_app_id=1233&share_author_id=6971899283624756229&share_link_id=72FECC8B-133F-4AF2-B3B4-77C3DFE42F67&tt_from=copy&u_code=dj34dejjcd58dm&user_id=6971899283624756229&utm_campaign=client_share&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=copy&_r=1) PEOPLE AND RESOURCES MENTIONED Kelly's Chart (https://www.dropbox.com/s/iem23ybgiyhd1v1/Kelly%27s%20Chart.png?dl=0) The transcript of this episode can be found here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/t0zchx5owsjb7ug/Ep%2011%20-%20Kelly%20Carlson.docx?dl=0). ep 10 | an introduction to astrology as self-care

How Astrology Can Be Used For Self-Care October 9th, 2022 In this episode, I talk about how we can use astrology as a form of self-care. Self-care is not just about bubble baths and $17 smoothies, but about aligning with your cosmic blueprint and moving to the next level in your life. Astrology and self-care have more in common than some people think, it can provide insights into our individual needs and how we can best take care of them. For example, understanding our birth chart can help us understand our natural strengths and weaknesses, and how we can use this knowledge to take care of ourselves in a way that is tailored just for us. Astrology gives us a cosmic roadmap of our energetic blueprint, that helps us proactively and intentionally take steps toward the kind of self-care that helps us discover more about ourselves and continue our personal evolution. ep 9 | embracing transformation and future visioning to create your best life with Chelsea Riffe

Have you ever felt like you’re not meant to do just one thing for the rest of your life? Or felt the pull of escaping the corporate grind to travel the world and be your own boss? Well podcast queen and host of In My Non-Expert Opinion, Chelsea Riffe, is on the pod today and has done both of those things! She and I chatted about her journey as a shape-shifting, globetrotter and entrepreneur and how she taps into her spirituality to support her in making some pretty big decisions. Chelsea is an Aquarius Sun, Virgo Moon, and Virgo Rising She is currently in the first month of a four-month trip with remote year starting in cape town and ending in Split, Croatia, so if you haven’t yet gotten to know her podcast now is the perfect time to start so you can hear all about her adventures…and see how it aligns with the locational astrology we talked about on her podcast last week! This episode is for you if you’re looking for a fresh perspective on living your life to the fullest and breaking out of societal programming. As I get older, it kind of ties back to the conversation we're having of embracing the fluidity instead of trying to stick to one thing and be known as one thing. I want to be known as someone that always evolves and is shedding their skin and like, yeah, you can expect me to change in a few years and maybe even a few months! - Chelsea Riffe Chelsea and I also chat about: Her current 4-month trip with Remote Year, travelling to Cape Town, Valencia, Lisbon, and Split Her journey from corporate America to starting her own business Living out her very own Eat, Pray, Love journey in Australia, Bali, and Europe The importance of community when you’re an entrepreneur How travel really shows you that time is just a construct Balancing our extraverted and introverted sides How future visioning can help you make decisions about what’s right for you Using spirituality to guide you in leading the life you want to live Questioning why we’ve been told we have to do one thing for our whole life How she embraces the energy of transformation and wants to be someone who changes regularly What it’s like to have Pluto in Scorpio in the 3rd house What it’s like being a Reflector in Human Design How she might over identify with her Sun sign and how she’s working to integrate other parts of her chart What it’s like having a Capricorn stellium in the 5th house Questioning the 40-hour week and 9-5 work day Who decided on the symbolism of astrology and where does it come from? ep 8 | settled, not stagnant, in navigating your Saturn Return with Lucy Jobe

Have you ever wondered what the big deal is about your Saturn Return? Technically, it just means that Saturn is back to the same spot in the sky as it was when you were born, but it has quite the astrological reputation that rivals mercury retrograde! Well, my guest today, Lucy Jobe, is at the tail end of hers and is sharing all about her experience with this and a couple other milestone transits. Lucy is a Leo Sun, Sagittarius Moon, and Libra Rising She is a project manager by day, word lover by night. A formerly grounded yogi still searching for roots in a new city. She’s lived all over the place with so many different people, and for the first time doesn’t know what’s coming next, so is learning to relax about that. She’s coping using at-home lattes, outside time, the Nashville dog rescue Instagram, Formula 1 races, and FaceTime, of course. We dig into the milestone transits that come before a 30th birthday and how to navigate them instead of being afraid of them. We also talk about Chiron and how it’s so much more than just the wounded parts of ourself. This episode is for you if you’re navigating or reflecting on your own Saturn Return or learning how to work with “challenging” planets or aspects. Over the past few years, I’ve lived in, I don’t know, three, four different places. And it’s very interesting to settle down now and to not have a next step in mind. I move really fast and I’m always like, what’s coming up next, and right now I don’t know what that is. And so sitting with that and just being comfortable being stagnant…that’s probably not the word for it…the word is probably settled, but that’s new to me. And so I’m trying to figure out what that means. - Lucy Jobe Lucy and I also chat about: Her background as a midwesterner and oldest of 4 sisters Living abroad in Chile and Madrid and spending several years in California Selling everything that didn’t fit in her car and taking a 4-month road trip across the Southwest before moving cross-country How her time in Chile taught her a love of being outdoors Transitioning from constantly moving and looking toward what’s next to not knowing what’s next and feeling settled Not fully identifying with being a Leo Sun and having a Leo stellium Resonating with having a Libra rising and creating harmony between groups of people Having a Sagittarius Moon and loving travel and adventure Having your Sun conjunct Chiron in Leo Feeling “cursed” by not connecting with your Sun sign Astrological stereotypes Why we should go beyond our Sun sign Why astrologers shouldn’t guess your Sun sign The connection between astrology and yoga Why Chiron can feel scary and how to work with it A really poor rendition of the Greek mythology behind Chiron How we often overlook the aspects of teaching, healing, and guidance with Chiron How ignoring your Saturn Return and Chiron can cause them to show up more fiercely The basics of what a Saturn Return is How your Saturn Return and Uranus Trine are setting you up for your midlife transits Why Saturn is like a father in your chart Why your Saturn Return is your entry into being a grown up How to navigate a Saturn Return that retrogrades How long you might feel your Saturn Return What happened to Lucy on the exact day of her Saturn Return How having natal Saturn retrograde may support you in working with your Saturn Return How to work with an opposition energy in your chart How to read your horoscope based on what time of day you were born What is your Uranus trine? Why a line a day journal is one of the best habits you can start! Using ritual to separate

ep 7 | what do psychic mediumship and astrology have in common? with Alexandra Bebe Shelley

Have you ever wondered what the difference between a psychic, a medium, a channeler, and an intuitive is? Well, my guest today, Alexandra Bebe Shelley, answers that question and more because she is all of those things! Bebe is a Pisces Sun, Sagittarius Moon, and Scorpio Rising She's had these "gifts" since the age of four, yet was never sure what they meant. Meanwhile, her creative outlets growing up were dancing, reading, and writing. Post-college, she pursued her career in advertising as a copywriter, interning and working at several well-renowned agencies. Once she realized her soul purpose as a Medium, she took the signs from Spirit. It's been many years of healing, self-development and training for her to be where she is today. She's now building her business, Embody Your Soul—with the mission to help you discover your divine self through spiritual connection and practices. She holds private readings, Soul Circles and hosts her own podcast, Embody Your Soul. Additionally, her outlet for books is through her book club, DogEared Book Club, where she hosts a bi-monthly podcast interviewing thought leaders, avid readers and book-content creators on how books have impacted their lives. She opens up about what it’s like to be a psychic medium…and I straight up asked her how do you not get scared when the spirit world crosses into the 3D world and starts writing you notes in your mirror in the bathroom?! (this actually happened to her!) We also talked about how connecting to your guides and cosmic cheerleaders PLUS having your astrological chart as your roadmap for navigating life can help you live a more intentional and embodied life. You’ve probably heard me say this before, but Intuition is data, astrology is data, and having these as tools in your toolbox help you to make informed decisions based on what’s right for you, right now. We had so much fun, and Spirit even came in during the not-so-rapid-fire section to send some energy! This episode is for you if you’ve ever wondered how you can connect to Spirit, Bebe gives some great practical tips and reminds us that we’re all psychic. Tune in if you to hear more about the pretty large crossover that astrology and mediumship have in the Venn diagram of the esoteric! Everyone can be psychic, really being psychic is just tapping into your soul and then connecting soul to soul with a physical person. - Bebe Shelley Bebe and I also chat about: Her background as the daughter of immigrants from New Zealand Her experiences growing up going to Christian schools and summer camps Why psychics and astrologers have had a reputation as fortune tellers throughout history (and why a good psychic or astrologer isn’t a fortune teller) Her first and most formative experiences with her psychic gifts and abilities and how they have shaped her (including Spirit leaving a note on the mirror for her in the bathroom) How to not feel afraid of Spirit crossing over to the 3D world How to tap into your own psychic gifts through getting quiet and meditating Coming out to the other side after a bout of depression and commitment to healing The importance of having a guide when studying esoteric modalities Everyday ways to cleanse your energy and connect to Spirit How to embrace a morning and evening routine and stick to it Using your intuition to connect to what your body needs Using your love language as a guide to finding the right self care for you Using your south node as a guide to finding the right self care for you The importance of eating clean for a psychic medium Why rituals don’t need to be perfect or elaborate, they just need to have intention Why, as a Scorpio rising and North Node, Bebe finds deep conversations...

ep 6 | Finding your purpose later in life and looking to astrology for guidance with Salim Catrina

Have you ever interviewed your former boss for a podcast? That’s exactly what I did for this episode! Salim Catrina is my former boss and current friend, and we took a deep dive into her natal chart during this chat. Salim grew up in the Bay Area and lived most of her adult life in Italy. She loooooooves learning languages, which is what brought her to the world of translation and working with me! This episode is for you if you’ve ever felt like a late bloomer or like you’re finding your purpose later in life. Salim opens up about how her family, and partner, and job are great, but she’s still looking for something bigger than those things to light her up. Salim’s chart is one of the most striking I’ve seen for someone who has traveled extensively and lived abroad - serious Sagittarius energy! Tune in if you want to laugh along with us and hear what a reading with me might be like! I feel like the things that you think that will give you, or what the world tells you will give you "purpose" in your life are not exactly it, at least for me. - Salim Catrina Salim and I also chat about: Finding balance with your north node and south node Fighting against fiery energy vs surrendering to it - when is fighting against the fight not working? Relationships as a reflection of parts of yourself What it’s like to live abroad in Italy Astrology as a language, and how to choose the right interpreter of the stars for you (aka astrologer) based on your style and preference Interpreting astrology is not about explaining “the thing” it’s about translating the symbols and geometry into concepts or potential concerns in a way the person understands (without having to learn all about astrology) What it’s like having lots of retrograde planets in your chart Finding your purpose in life after 40, outside your kids, your partner, or your career Looking to your north node and midheaven in your chart when it comes to finding your purpose How the midheaven isn’t just about career, but is about your larger calling in life What having a Capricorn midheaven is like and how it might be frustrating to not have a goal to strive toward Being a late bloomer and how to know if you’ve “bloomed” Why your natal chart is your soul’s blueprint (and how validating that is!) What it’s like to have mercury retrograde conjunct your midheaven What it’s like having your north node square your midheaven Working with a grand trine in fire, feeling comfortable taking initiative, but sometimes fiery energy may come too easily Where to find Salim: Salim’s Chart (https://www.dropbox.com/s/u60ptn8fid046bx/Charts.png?dl=0) The transcript of this episode can be found here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/yx6tk5q55ra8o84/Ep%205%20-%20Krikor%20Mugerian.docx?dl=0). ep 5 | thriving in a transatlantic friendship with Krikor Mugerian

This is my first in-person interview! I travelled all the way to London to visit my BFF Krikor and record in his cavernous flat (the audio’s a smidge more echo-y than you’re used to). Fun fact: Since being friends, Krikor and I have never lived in the same city. We have travelled around the globe to spend time with each other, most recently in London and Mexico! We dig into how non-traditional this is and how we make it work (memes, lots of memes). Our convo runs the gamut from our 15-year(!) anniversary, to his family’s connection to astrology, to the Kardashians, to our stupendous astrological compatibility, to those meal replacement drinks Soylent and Huel (not sure how those snuck in there LOL). Krikor also shares about how food and cooking has connected him to his heritage and may have become his favorite meditation. We even played our own version of the newlywed game, BFF style Tune in if you want to laugh along with us and join our virtual kiki, we’d love to have you! Having somebody that you could rely on to have an honest and open conversation with, but then also get guidance and support and advice from is something that I can't think of any people in my life that I can do that with, so that I think is super special. - Krikor Mugerian Krikor and I also chat about: Being first-generation American How we appreciate things like our culture and family as we grow older and wiser Leaning into non-traditional relationships How living so far apart makes our time together more special His parents’ connection to astrology (hint: they are very compatible!) How you are not just your sun sign Why using astrology as a point of self-reflection can be more helpful than horoscopes Astrology as a mirror for self-reflection How free will plays into our horoscopes - we always have a choice The time the internet told us that we were the most compatible people (but that we didn’t need astrology or the internet to tell us that) Kindness and caring as personal values Our complementary anxieties and how they balance us out Krikor’s mutable energy and how he adapts to my introverted ways when we’re together Him remembering lots of things about when we first met and me remembering zero How you can value kindness, but also be a little judgy with your BFF The two nights we’ve stayed up and partied all night (yes, only two) How Krikor supports my dream of visiting all the bookshops Kindness as a superpower and how often it is perceived as weakness How a second or third visit to a place can be better than the first Why do we so seek routine in our lives? Maybe we should embrace every day being different Cooking as meditation and showing love to those around you Where to find Krikor: Instagram @ (https://www.instagram.com/einush/)ksquaredm Krikor’s Chart (https://www.dropbox.com/s/ghm2yc37tzwfd9a/Screen%20Shot%202022-06-01%20at%2010.01.40%20PM.png?dl=0) Read my travel guide to London here! ep 4 | you create your own reality with Anoush Gostanian

My friend Anoush and I came together to talk about astrology and her being a new mom to baby Mia, but the conversation took a surprising turn! We ended up talking about biology, astronomy (and if astrology is a science or not), and philosophy. As deep as those topics can get, we kept things light by giggling every five minutes because we can’t take life too seriously, right? While Anoush went through almost all the most major of changes in the past two years (having a baby, getting married, getting a new job), she has navigated it all with grace and a sense of humor. Anoush has a whopping 6 placements in Leo...but she doesn’t resonate with traditional “Leo” characteristics! We talk through this, as well as the damage that stereotyping by sun sign can do both for others and ourselves. Tune in if you’ve ever felt like you don’t resonate with a part of your chart and to dispel all those silly astrological stereotypes that we so often can peg ourselves in. So it's good to know that the reason why I'm constantly changing, it's maybe not a bad thing, but it's more of like what I need to break a cycle. I think that's really cool - Anoush Gostanian Anoush and I also chat about: Is astrology a science? Navigating periods of big life changes (getting married, having babies, starting new jobs, etc.) The dangers of astrological stereotyping Should we look at charts for babies or kids? Why are Scorpio and Leo so often stereotyped? What it’s like when you don’t resonate with a prominent sign in your chart What it’s like to have six Leo placements in your chart What it’s like to have almost all fixed energy in your chart (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) but also always seeking change Identifying the teachers in our lives (even when they’re our kids) The idea that we choose our charts and the lessons that we’re meant to learn in this lifetime Deciding if you want to move past relationships that aren’t working or put in the energy to work with them How we are responsible for how we react to any situation Holding grudges The life changing and mind blowing experience of becoming a new mom Using astrology to see where you need to break a cycle Modern-day philosophy and how it’s represented by Sagittarius and the 9th House The crossover between philosophy and astrology Astrology as your personal philosophy about yourself and your life Where to find Anoush: Instagram @einush (https://www.instagram.com/einush/) The transcript of this episode can be found here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/gk4tud8iuq13y1g/Episode%204%20-%20Anoush%20Gostanian.docx?dl=0). ep 3 | shining brightest by caring for yourself with Tania Sibiglia

After a difficult bout with covid last year, Tania had to rebuild her physical strength from the ground up (even walking around the block was difficult). But she ALSO had the wisdom to re-evaluate and build her mental and spiritual health up to truly take the best care of herself possible. Her journey is inspiring, and the ins and outs of how she became so diligent and dedicated to the most important person in her life (herself!) have some amazing takeaways for anyone listening. She shares how she shifted her perspective when she was at her lowest, how she organized herself to find her purpose, and how she listened to her body and her intuition to help find alignment within herself. Tune in to feel empowered and to become your biggest cheerleader. Even if you don't really want to do it, you just show up. You might show up, happy, tired, frustrated, or with a lot of energy, but you just show up. Because it's about you, it's about your body. You know it's going to be good for you. And that makes you feel much better, much stronger, so then you feel ready to tackle the hardest part: what's in your mind, what's in your heart.— Tania Sibiglia Tania and I also chat about: What it’s like to search for your purpose or discover that your purpose is changing Rediscovering yourself around your Saturn return Paying attention to your mind and spirit, even if your main focus is working on your physical health Enjoying the process and not the destination (even if it sounds cheesy) How to work with and understanding challenging emotions, even if it’s weeks later (she even shares her system!) What it’s like to have a Capricorn moon How astrology can trigger reflection and gives you more questions than answers (in the best way) How astrology is just a tool, we are the ones making decisions for ourselves Where to find Tania: Instagram @tnabcn (https://www.instagram.com/tnabcn/) LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/taniasibiglia/) Tania’s most recent article about finding your purpose on Medium (https://medium.com/as-fun/if-chandler-bing-quitted-his-job-so-can-you-7e97c6c158#id_token=eyJhbGciOiJSUzI1NiIsImtpZCI6ImQzMzJhYjU0NWNjMTg5ZGYxMzNlZmRkYjNhNmM0MDJlYmY0ODlhYzIiLCJ0eXAiOiJKV1QifQ.eyJpc3MiOiJodHRwczovL2FjY291bnRzLmdvb2dsZS5jb20iLCJuYmYiOjE2NTA4MTkwNTEsImF1ZCI6IjIxNjI5NjAzNTgzNC1rMWs2cWUwNjBzMnRwMmEyamFtNGxqZGNtczAwc3R0Zy5hcHBzLmdvb2dsZXVzZXJjb250ZW50LmNvbSIsInN1YiI6IjExMDQ2ODQwNTMxNTMzNjk4MTA2MyIsImVtYWlsIjoibHdlbm5lcnN0cm9tQGdtYWlsLmNvbSIsImVtYWlsX3ZlcmlmaWVkIjp0cnVlLCJhenAiOiIyMTYyOTYwMzU4MzQtazFrNnFlMDYwczJ0cDJhMmphbTRsamRjbXMwMHN0dGcuYXBwcy5nb29nbGV1c2VyY29udGVudC5jb20iLCJuYW1lIjoiTHlubmV0dGUgV2VubmVyc3Ryb20iLCJwaWN0dXJlIjoiaHR0cHM6Ly9saDMuZ29vZ2xldXNlcmNvbnRlbnQuY29tL2EtL0FPaDE0R2gxZHdVY25Sd2EyaFFCbDdlYUNDcDRqN0NqenpESHFQNDZFTW4zM0E9czk2LWMiLCJnaXZlbl9uYW1lIjoiTHlubmV0dGUiLCJmYW1pbHlfbmFtZSI6Ildlbm5lcnN0cm9tIiwiaWF0IjoxNjUwODE5MzUxLCJleHAiOjE2NTA4MjI5NTEsImp0aSI6IjY3MjZlZGYyZDk1NDk4ZDgyMWY2M2EyYzZmZGE1MjI4MjVhYzA5NmIifQ.fwavaDYOBkj_T9TeNyEViFbicOfeyzsdsAmZSQu-NeC2Yqw07w93x1Oovob-8q6_YJf_rIuISZ3BV0DZmwmH2r8jhM2fbsfsgMC71llGP-YpUsSulwkrVwa5tmGH8kVDbNDexckV83BWGCjTU6mhyku0l2VZrl5Oao0c9h09osEZhyekS5HgPSgL9-cfR2xlv_rCTOKNag-G1rgAaoHnMIVW5FF9v6lYtjrB0NjRbEVSkHg5sDaD7g26e-vg2ng2qILPHhwAmejqJbFsDvsKlqQWqGQsG5FUe2ctRrHV56cxAQx435JQUnXh9eic43I4TFLWxAGv_pXLhptrNXM0LA) Find the transcript of this episode here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/gxf64hx704j5f97/Ep%203_%20Tania%20Sibiglia.docx?dl=0).
