This series is a collaboration between the Irish Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation and the Irish Heart Foundation supported by Servier Laboratories (Ireland) Ltd and focuses on the patient journey following a cardiac event. It is a podcast series where we discuss the patient’s journey through participation in Cardiac Rehabilitation Programmes following a cardiac event. This series comprises of six episodes, the podcast series features interviews with a range of medical experts and people who have attended cardiac rehab, to provide helpful insights on how to manage various aspects of their life after having a cardiac event. They also explain how participation in a cardiac rehabilitation programme supported their recovery. In this episode of ‘It’s Cardiac Rehab!’ Anthony is joined by Dr Cuisle Forde, an Assistant Professor in the Discipline of Physiotherapy, Trinity College Dublin.
