Episode 2: The Creative Process & Trusting Divine Timing

The creative process is something I struggle with a lot; I feel that I suffer from imposter syndrome when it comes to creating anything and don't feel I even belong in the same league as most of the creators I find myself sharing energy and space with. To be able to share a message that people can connect with on any level is so special to me and something that inspires me to keep creating and finding the creative energy inside myself. I am so thankful for the creative people that are in my life because they motivate me to keep making something, no matter what the medium is, because it helps me share a form of expression of myself as well as connect with the community. Please let me know what your creative process looks like, I would love to hear what works for each of you individually.

Episode 1: Self Awareness & Ego Deaths

Today's episode is about topics that have been huge for me in my journey lately, all of my journeys I should say. Gaining more self awareness has allowed me to grow more as an individual and see my spaces for change and realignment. Becoming more self aware is a process, sometimes uncomfortable, but necessary.

Having an ego death can be one of the greatest experiences that you didn't know you needed. Whether it is a spiritually fueled ego death, or a hallucinogen influenced ego death, there is no wrong way to have one in my mind. Moving through the motions and emotions of an ego death can help you grow and evolve in all aspects of your life. I do not recommend hallucinogens to anyone uncomfortable with them, but would love to hear experiences from any of my listeners.

Playing the Field part 10: Interview with artist, Vanecia Ruiz

I was lucky enough to share the company with one of my best friends, and wonderful artists, Vanecia Ruiz (NOT Vanessa). I asked her some hard-hitting questions, and we even played two truths and a lie. Beware of cackling and potentially a snort laugh or two. Find her on Instagram as @vaneciaruiz or her art page @celestialhaven.
