E2: Assessing Culture Change
<p>The most common approach organization's take when assessing culture is what I call "Assess, Analyze, and Action Plan." This is an approach borrowed from old strategic planning methods that works well when you are implementing a knowable intervention (a complicated change). But culture and community building are COMPLEX in nature, so we need a different approach to be effective. In this episode Chris shares how to assess a culture using a "Design, Test, and Adjust" approach that is a better match for navigating complexity.
