<p>Die Welt befindet sich im stetigen Wandel. Das spüren wir nicht nur anhand von Klima und Umwelt, sondern auch in der Wirtschaft und dem Arbeitsleben. Das wird von einigen Menschen als Chance begriffen, sorgt beivielen anderen aber auch für Verunsicherung. Von Arbeitnehmern werden heute unglaubliche Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit gefordert.</p> <p> <strong>Private Hochschulen leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag dabei, die Menschen dafür fit zu machen.</strong> Sowohl fachlich als auch mental kann private Bildung nicht nur dabei weiterhelfen, diesen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, sondern auch ihnenstark gegenüberzutreten. Welche Befürchtungen die Bevölkerung im Hinblick auf den Arbeitsmarkt am meisten umtreibt, welche Vorurteile sie gegen private Hochschulen haben und was ihnen am meisten dabei hilft, sich dem Wandel anAnforderungen anzupassen zeigt eine jüngst herausgegebene Studie des Institutes der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln e.V. (IW). <br></p>
