Ni maendeleo mazuri ukirealize you don't have your shit together! Kilimarathon ni Mbio ya Watu, ila sikujua kwamba ni kipimo cha ukuaji wako pia.
For 4 years I have been jogging the marathon, but the 21km race still beats my ass. Is it because it is actually that difficult or is it because we don't push ourselves to further heights once our so called "goals" are completed. Tusisahau kwamba growing is an ongoing and consistent process.
